He has extensive experience in research on artificial intelligence technologies, industry, policy, and ecosystems, with a focus on AI engineering, AI infrastructure, and AI for Science. He has supported major government ministries and commissions, including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Development and Reform Commission. He has led or participated in over 10 national and provincial/ministerial-level research programs, led the development of more than 20 domestic and international standards, and authored or led over 10 industry research reports.
