Professor, CPC Member, Master’s Supervisor. He currently serves as Party Secretary and Dean of the School of Art & Design, North China Institute of Aerospace Engineering.

Born in November 1976 and a CPC member, he holds multiple positions: Member of China Council for the Promotion of Cultural and Art Development, Member of Industrial Design Sub-Committee of Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, Director of China Industrial Design Association, Member of North China Regional Organizing Committee for the China Good Design Award (China Engineering Academy), Deputy Secretary-General of China Creative Design Alliance, Vice Chairman of National Cultural & Creative Design Industry Alliance, Committee Member of the Organizing Committee for Busan International Environmental Art Competition (South Korea), Member of Undergraduate Design Teaching Steering Committee of Hebei Provincial Universities, Member of Hebei Provincial Postgraduate Education Steering Committee, Deputy Director of Hebei Provincial Technical Committee for Standardization of Metal & Glass Furniture, and President of Hebei Innovative Design Research Association.

He led the compilation of 2019 Hebei Industrial Design Development Research Report, and participated in drafting multiple provincial-level government policies and research reports. He won the Gold Award of Hebei Industrial Design Award in 2015. In 2026, the Electromagnetic Pump product he designed and mass-produced for enterprises was awarded Germany iF Design Award and Gold Award of Good Design Award (USA).

He has designed over 30 products successfully launched and marketed in fields such as construction engineering inspection equipment, medical devices, fitness equipment, auto parts, and spacecraft testing equipment. He has published 21 papers in authoritative journals, 2 monographs, undertaken 6 provincial-and-above research projects, and holds 16 national patents.
