Vice Dean and Professor of the School of Art & Design, Yanshan University. He is Outstanding Teacher of Hebei Province and Famous Teaching Master of Hebei Province. He also serves as Chief Expert of Hebei Design Innovation & Industrial Development Research Center (New Type Think Tank).

He has presided over and participated in 18 national and provincial research projects, drafted 27 policy reports at or above provincial and ministerial level, published 4 monographs and 65 teaching & research papers indexed by CSSCI, and obtained 9 provincial-and-ministerial social science achievement awards. He was listed in the Top 1% Highly Cited Chinese Researchers by CNKI in 2025.
