Professor at the School of Mechanical Engineering, Tianjin University, Lead of the National First-class Undergraduate Major in Industrial Design, and Member of the Teaching Steering Sub-Committee of the Ministry of Education.

She has presided over 1 National Natural Science Foundation project, 2 National 863 High-tech Support Projects, more than 10 Tianjin municipal science & technology support projects and enterprise commissioned projects, and participated in over 10 national and provincial research projects. She has published more than 50 academic papers and holds over 30 national invention patents and utility model patents. As a major completer, she won 2 Second Prizes of National Teaching Achievement Award and 2 Second Prizes of Tianjin Teaching Achievement Award, and was awarded Excellent Teacher by Baosteel.

She currently serves as Vice Chairman of Tianjin Design Society and Standing Director of Tianjin Industrial Design Association.
