Deputy General Manager of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Industrial Design City. He once participated in the preparation of Jiangxi Industrial Design Town and served as Executive Dean of Jiangxi Tiantian Industrial Design Research Institute. He cooperated with the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology to advance the "Design-Driven County Development" project, solving practical industrial challenges for enterprises in product design, process optimization and other areas.

He led the planning and hosting of two Ganjiang Design Forums, seven sessions of Design Lectures, and nine sessions of "Design · Youth Talk". Focusing on resource matching, project delivery and achievement transformation, these events have attracted more than 500 enterprises to participate. He joined Tianjin Tiantian in September 2025 and took charge of building an industrial think tank platform integrating industrial planning, consulting, training and R&D.
