David Kusuma is former President of the World Design Organization (WDO) and Vice President of Global R&D at Tupperware Brands Corporation. He mainly creates disruptive solutions by developing new technologies and materials to maximize product innovation.

David previously worked as Global Manager of Design & Vehicle Engineering at General Electric Plastics, where he developed polycarbonate as an alternative to automotive window glass. Prior to joining GE, he worked at Bayer MaterialScience, responsible for developing new materials and product applications. He is a member of the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA) and the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE).
