The company is located in Shangzhuang Town, Luquan District of Shiajiazhuang City, covering an area of 420 thousand square meters, with a registered capital of 4.1 billion yuan. The company is one of the military surplus factories established based on the decision of the Central Committee in 1955. In 1958, the factory was completed and put into production. In 2006, it was renamed Jihua 3514 Leather and Shoes Co., Ltd. Now the company is key enterprise of Xinxing Cathay International Group Co., Ltd., a state-owned key enterprise. Jihua 3541 aims to fulfil the social responsibility to serve national defence and military. The business scope involves military, industry, market and foreign trade. It has already built up an ability to manufacture 5,000,000 pairs (pieces) of leather boots/shoes, gloves, belts and other leather products annually.
